CIS Industries, LLC and Louisiana Air Products, LLC are excited to announce that we have entered into a Joint Venture to create a regional air distribution rep firm that encompasses the expertise of both companies.  As part of the joint venture Louisiana Air Products, LLC will be re-branded as CIS Air Products, LLC.

CIS Air Products, LLC will operate the air distribution arm of the CIS Industries umbrella. This new company along with CIS Mechanical Solutions, CIS Building Technologies and CIS Supply will create one of the largest and most diverse rep firms in the region.  Louisiana Air Products founder, Dennis Maranto, will remain a principle share holder and president of CIS Air Products.

Louisiana Air products, LLC was founded in 2000, and has offices in Baton Rouge and New Orleans, LA.  CIS Industries, LLC was founded in 2004 and has offices in New Orleans, Baton Rouge, Shreveport, Memphis, TN, Little Rock and Springdale, AR.  CIS Air Products, LLC will operate in all offices within the CIS Industries portfolio.
